Let your voices (and handbells) ring!

The Chancel Choir and both Handbell Choirs are taking a much needed break for the summer!  The Choir will meet again on Wednesday, August 30 at 6:30 pm  The Spirit Bells will begin rehearsals on Monday, August 21; Vesper Bells will begin rehearsals on Wednesday, August 23.  All are welcome!

The Chancel Choir welcomes singers! Come and have a great time lifting your voice in song! Wednesdays at 7:30pm.  If you are interested please contact Courtney Williams. 

The Handbell Choirs have are two groups so there are plenty of opportunities for you to ring.  The Spirit Bell Choir meets on Monday mornings at 9:00 am; the Vesper Bells ring on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm.  If you are interested or have any questions,  please contact Sharon Pyburn.  No experience needed!

 


 

SUNDAY FAITH DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE FALL... all meet at 10:00 a.m.

 

ADULT Classes include...

Ladder of Faith - This ongoing class for adults of all ages loves discussion. The summer session, Connecting with the Bible, is being led by Carol Phillips.  All are welcome to join us in the Library downstairs at 10:00 am. 

Inquiring Minds - Facilitated by Stan Howell, this book-lovers’ group will be reading and discussing The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis beginning February 19. Come to the Resource Room at 10:00 am for interesting dialogue between Uncle Screwtape and his nephew, Wormwood!

Men’s Bible Study - This is the place to come and be MEN. Come and enjoy the fellowship only other men of faith can offer... and occasionally learn something, too.  Open to all men. Room 118

Sunday School for children and youth...

Pre-K through 5th Grade will meet downstairs in the open area for a brief opening before going to their classes. During this time we sing some songs, share joys and concerns, and receive an offering which goes to our sponsored child, Suzan, through Compassion International. Two and three year olds will go directly to their classrooms.

2 and 3 year old, Pre-K & Kindergarten, 1st Grade & 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th & 5th Grade, 6th & 7th, 8th & 9th Confirmation Class and Senior High Youth meet in the lower level of the building in their designated classrooms!
